Before owning this food truck, I cooked at community events and for people in need. That experience showed me that sharing food doesn’t just nourish the body - it touches hearts.
El Huarique Peruvian Cuisine is a family-run business, built with sacrifice, determination, and hard work from each member of our family. It wasn’t easy to get here, but every challenge was worth it to see our dream roll into reality - literally.
VISION
While I studied culinary arts at a community college in the U.S., the soul of my recipes comes from something deeper: family traditions and treasured recipes passed down through generations, especially from my beloved grandmother.

We want every customer who visits us to experience the very best of Peruvian cuisine - from our authentic ingredients to the warm, homemade flavors in every bite.
